The Bolton Conservation Trust, in cooperation with the Bolton Artisans Guild, is sponsoring the first-ever Uncommon Apples Art Auction.  Local artists have created unique, two-dimensional works of "apple art." The 28-inch works of apple art have been created in various media ranging from metal, paint and glass to ceramic and wood. Each apple "canvas" was created by local craftsmen Bob Roemer, with support from a grant from the Bolton Cultural Council, backed by the Mass Cultural Council.

The works of Apple Art are on display at the Nashoba Valley Winery in Bolton, MA through October 20th at which time the highest bidder will receive their apple!

The Uncommon Apples Auction is taking place through online bidding. Anyone interested in bidding can do so using a credit card or PayPal account through the online auction.

The proceeds of the Uncommon Apples Auction will be split 50/50 between the artist and the Trust which will use the funds for the creation of a natural play area on the Bolton Town Common.
